Assisting you with personal growth is my priority. I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating complicated family dynamics, including marriage, parenting, divorce, co-parenting, blended families, raising spirited children, and experiencing major life changes. You CAN develop the skills and mindset you need to overcome hard times. Together we will collaborate to identify goals that will lead you to a more fulfilling life. I serve adults, couples, families, teens, and specialized groups. I strongly believe in the benefit of whole-family participation in therapy for accountability and results.
I have a rich background as an educator for over 25 years. Having raised 2 children with ADHD and served as both a high school teacher and administrator, I possess a profound understanding of educational dynamics and advocacy. School is often a major source of discontent that affects the entire family.

I hold Master's degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy; Distance Learning & Adult Education; and Education Administration, as well as being a NY state permanently certified teacher. I'm currently pursuing my doctoral degree (DMFT).
