I just have to share this product from Amazon that has been a life-changing addition to the refrigerator door!

We utilize this dry-erase calendar and list-making set to mark down what meals were made on what days to keep track of freshness and what is in the fridge to eat. Anytime the kids try to tell me that there is nothing to eat, they have no credibility now. I simply point to the door and remind them of their options. The person who finishes the rest of a meal has the job to erase it from the board so that everyone else knows it's gone. This also lets us know when life is hectic, what has expired and needs to be thrown away on garbage night. When we run out of something, it gets put on the grocery list. No more guessing where all the ketchup went! If you finish something, you write it down. In a hectic household, this maintains communication and helps to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Over the years in my work as an educator, therapist, and parent, I’ve come across many books, tools, and resources that support emotional well-being, personal growth, better health, and stronger relationships.
